6in chef knife

I have never really owned a “real high quality” kitchen knife always used just generic kitchen block knife sets. Once I used this cuso knife for the first time It completely changed my view on how significant a good quality kitchen knife is and how it can impact your cooking experience. I highly recommend investing in a high quality knife for all cooking experiences and cuso cuts has knocked it out of the park with the knife that I purchased. I will be purchasing more from them in the future!!

Perfect size and weight

I currently cannot stand for extended prep work. This little beauty works perfectly on a TV tray. I really like it for vegetables and herbs. While I love Cuso's larger knives, this is great for wielding in small areas safely
