Put together a blend of root vegetables (carrots, parsnips, onion, and potatoes, for example). Toss them with a little EVOO and Cuso’s Grass Barbecue Rub, and you have a winner's dinner.  Or, try it with smoked chicken breast.

 

Sold individually or as part of a set featuring all 6 of our custom BBQ rubs.

Ingredients: SALT, OREGANO, BASIL, GRANULATED GARLIC, ROSEMARY, THYME, PARSLEY, MARJORAM, RED PEPPER FLAKES, GRANULATED ONION.
