1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Cuso Cuts, Fantasy Life, and their partners are not eligible to participate.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway runs weekly, beginning [start date] and ending [end date].

Entries for each week must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on the Sunday of that week.

3. How to Enter

Submit your “bad beat” fantasy football story using the official entry form on the giveaway landing page.

Each entry must include your name, email address, and your story.

One entry per person per week.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Three winners will be selected each week by Fantasy Life content creators based on creativity, entertainment value, and relevance.

Winners will be notified via email and may be featured on Fantasy Life’s show and/or social media.

Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

Each weekly winner will receive a selection of Cuso Cuts all-natural seasonings and sauces (approximate retail value: $XX).

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Cuso Cuts reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Use of Entries and Publicity

By entering, you grant Cuso Cuts and Fantasy Life the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted story for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and show features, without additional compensation or notice.

7. General Conditions

Cuso Cuts and Fantasy Life reserve the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not in keeping with the spirit of the giveaway.

The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Cuso Cuts and Fantasy Life are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cuso Cuts, Fantasy Life, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, notifying winners, and in accordance with the Cuso Cuts and Fantasy Life privacy policies.

By entering, you agree that Cuso Cuts and Fantasy Life may also use your email address and submitted information to send you marketing communications, promotional offers, and updates about products, services, and future giveaways.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting help@cusocuts.com.
