Cuso’s Dirt® Seasoning

If you’ve watched any of Jack’s videos you will see CUSO’S DIRT® Barbecue Rub used in many of them. It is the original rub that appeared, and which Jack feels is essential to any barbecue kit. 

What makes dirt black? It’s activated charcoal, which looks amazing on steak. If you’ve ever seen black ice cream, that’s the activated charcoal! You can use this with everything, not just beef. You can also add it to things like mustard and mayonnaise as a binding agent. Inject it with oil under spatchcock chicken skin.

Ingredients: SALT, SUGAR BROWNULATED (BROWN), MINCED GARLIC, DEHYDRATED ONION, PAPRIKA, CHILI POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, ROSEMARY, THYME, ACTIVATED CHARCOAL (COCONUT)
