If you’ve watched any of Jack’s videos you will see CUSO’S DIRT® Barbecue Rub used in many of them. It is the original rub that appeared, and which Jack feels is essential to any barbeque kit.

What makes dirt black? It’s activated charcoal, which looks amazing on steak. If you’ve ever seen black ice cream, that’s the activated charcoal! You can use this with everything, not just beef. You can also add it to things like mustard and mayonnaise as a binding agent. Inject it with oil under spatchcock chicken skin.

Sold individually or in our CUSO'S Variety 6-Pack.

Ingredients: SALT, SUGAR BROWNULATED (BROWN), MINCED GARLIC, DEHYDRATED ONION, PAPRIKA, CHILI POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, ROSEMARY, THYME, ACTIVATED CHARCOAL (COCONUT)

Drop it in some DIRT!

Jack's Dirt rub is fantastic. I recently smoked some beef ribs for roughly 15 people using nothing but the Dirt seasoning. Almost everyone at the party was asking what I used to make them. They came out absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend trying this one out. Shoutout to Chef Cuso

Great.

I've been making my own roast beef lunch meat. Buy a roast, cover it in dirt, then throw it on the slicer. $4/lb vs the ridiculous price for lunch meat nowadays. Way better for you and way better tasting too. Great product
