Cuso's Cajun Explosion

To be fair, I also injected it with a garlic butter mixture. But beyond the normal flavors that went inside it, above was something different. Cujos garlic/onion, cowboy butter, and Cajun explosion. Simply fire as the kids say. 5 stars… would highly recommend.

Cusos is my go to anytime I’m smoking or grilling.
I’m a huge fan of dirt, hot honey and gravel. Looking forward to trying out the new ones like cowboy butter

It's super tasty and healthy too... my wife and I got every flavor and use it on steak mostly but also ground beef and chicken a lot!

I don’t know why I was expecting just another peppery Cajun seasoning, because that’s not at all what this is. Yes it’s got the peppery savory flavor, but that’s preceded by a bright, tangy, intense citrus flavor, and is as quickly followed by a nice kick of heat on the back end. The way all this hits you almost simultaneously and with the level of intensity, it literally is like an explosion of flavor in you mouth, so the name is very fitting.

Made loaded french fries and used this as my base seasoning on the fries . Perfect combo
